Dr. Nirav Shah is the Medical Director of Quality Innovation and Clinical Practice Analytics at NorthShore University HealthSystem, where he has served for over eight years. He integrates AI, digital health, personalized medicine, and predictive analytics to enhance patient outcomes, reduce costs, and improve patient and provider experiences.
Dr. Shah's projects include developing custom predictive analytics, incorporating natural language processing into clinical environments, and creating intuitive prescriptions through electronic health records (Epic). He has pioneered remote monitoring programs and various automation tools. Leading the organization's advanced analytics and clinical decision support committees, he also founded informatics and analytics journal clubs.
